FiA of the Pines

Welcome to FiA of The Pines! We are a free, self-organized group of women committed to peer-led, consistent fitness while enriching each other's lives and improving our community.
If you're new here, this is a 'quick' rundown:

Our local group was started in October 2016. Currently, our regular schedule includes:
Monday: 5:00 AM Pinehurst
Tuesday: track workout at Pinecrest High School at 5:00 am
Tuesday: 8:45 am Southern Pines
Thursday: 5:00 am Pinehurst
Thursday: 8:45 am Southern Pines
Friday: 5:00 am trail run Reservoir Park (always check for starting location and distance)
Saturday: 8:15 am Pinehurst
Workouts are 45-60 minutes depending on the day. 

If you have them, you should bring gloves…….gardening/Home-Depot type are fine….just something that you can get down on the ground with for pushups, etc. Also, bring a yoga mat or towel for core type of stuff. Some people do workouts without either of these.
The Q will often post in the group a day ahead to let you know if the workout has any additional requirements and for roll call. 

You will get a nickname at the end of your first workout. Until then you are considered an FNG (Friendly new girl). Backblasts, description of the workout from the day, are posted after each session.
